Ingredients

Amaretti Pure packaging

Ingredients: sugar, almond (30%), water, stabiliser (E420), egg albumen powder*, preservative (E202), acidity regulator (E330), thickener (E401), flavour

Nutritional value per 100g;

  • Energy: 1691 kJ/ 402 kcal
  • Fat: 13g
  • Of which -saturates: 1g
  • -mono-unsaturates: 9g
  • -polyunsaturates: 3g
  • Carbohydrate: 63g
  • Of which sugar: 59g

Preparation

  • Place the Slice’n Bake: Amaretti Pure in the fridge for at least an hour before using, in order to make it easier to cut.
  • Cut and remove the package along its length.
  • Use a wet knife to cut the cookie bar into 12-15 equal slices.
  • Place the slices on a baking tray, covered with baking paper and leave them for 10 minutes.
  • Lightly flatten the cookies with a damp tea towel before baking.
  • Bake the biscuits for about 16 minutes until golden brown in a preheated oven at 180°C.
  • Let the cookies cool off and enjoy!

  • Let the cookies cool off and enjoy!

Preparation

  • Place the Slice’n Bake: Amaretti Hazelnut in the fridge for at least an hour before using, in order to make it easier to cut.
  • Cut and remove the package along its length.
  • Use a wet knife to cut the cookie bar into 12-15 equal slices.
  • Roll the slices through icing sugar until they are completely covered.
  • Squeeze the side of the slice with your thumb and index finger to get the desired shape.
  • Place the slices on a baking tray, covered with baking paper and leave them for 10 minutes.
  • Bake the biscuits for about 9 minutes until golden brown in a preheated oven at 220°C.
  • Let the cookies cool off and enjoy!
